Frugally Delicious "Tea Biscuit" Shortcake!

When you're on a really tight budget, your creativity starts to "kicks in."  It's "Survival Instinct!" Your life can still be wonderful ... with "Frugally Delicious" Food!!!!!

What you need (Main Ingredient):

KEDEM Tea Biscuits
(This is .50cents ea. / usually 2 for $1)

Other Ingredients:
Almond milk (regular milk is fine, of course)
Chocolate chips  or bar
Coconut oil (or olive oil)
Topping (anything you like. I use a strawberry)

DIRECTION:

1. Soak the tea biscuits in (almond) milk. Place the soaked biscuits on a plate, and pour some more milk. (I made a shortcake for just myself, but you can make a bigger-size cake! You can also use both chocolate and vanilla tea biscuits for 'layered' effect!)

2. Let it sit for 20 -30 min. (depending on the size of the cake).

3. When the biscuit is soft and moist, cover it with  melted chocolate (I add coconut oil to my liking and to keep the chocolate soft longer; or you can use olive oil)! Add sliced strawberry on top! (Be sure to eat right after making it before the chocolate hardens. Adding coconut oil would keep the chocolate soft longer)

Yum!!

What it looks like inside. Just like a sponge cake!

Incredibly Delish!!!!
